- Quarterly property inspections, supplying detailed and accurate reports to the Landlord.
- Organise annual contents & building insurance cover for your property, including filing and processing claims [where authorised].
- All our contractors are tried, tested, and qualified to do the work they do.
- Liaison with your managing agents, in the event that your property is in a block, we will receive and settle service charge demands on your behalf as well as field general correspondence and attend block meetings when necessary.
- We make it our business to know everything about your property, keeping a detailed log of correspondence and any maintenance problems.
- We operate a 24 hour, 365 day a year, maintenance service for tenants in the event of any unforeseen problems.
- London Land offers an annual sales valuation of your property, providing an accurate estimate of any increase in your property’s value as an investment.
