Challenge
Two spacious flats to be amalgamated into one extraordinary lateral flat on the third floor of a grade II listed building. Project managed by LLM.
Solution
The two flats were laterally converted to offer 3,000 sq/ft of impressive living and entertaining space, featuring two impressive bedroom suites, study, reception room and kitchen / dining room, complete with air conditioning, state of the art audio visual specification, and an impressive interiors scheme. Awarded ‘Best London apartment for Interior Design 2015-16’.
